As humans, our daily lives consist of consuming many things. Some can be beneficial and may help promote a longer and healthier lifespan. In contrast, some are extremely unhealthy and can lead to a much shorter life. In an abstract way, we wanted to depict these things. We used a front shot refering to a still life. The images we decorated with a tablecloth, dishes, and other fitting utensils. The second image, showed the “important ingrediant” in a graphic impression from above.
Example Coffee:
The coffee should be administered intravenously from the coffee cup into the arm. In the accompanying top-view image, several coffee beans will be graphically arranged and photographed. To make the small beans clearly visible and to avoid a flat appearance, we will use a hard shadow. We want to apply this shadow to the first image as well so that the interplay between the two is clearly visible. To support this, the background of both images will have the same color.
Finally we created six pictures with three different substances.
